MONTREAL - The Montreal Impact announced on Wednesday that midfielder Andrés Romero will miss the remainder of the season following an ACL tear to his right knee.
Romero suffered the injury on October 10 in Colorado, during the first half of the game against the Rapids.
He is expected to be out approximately six to nine months.
The Impact will play its final road game of the season against the New England Revolution, this Saturday October 17, at 7:30pm EDT (RDS, TSN, CJAD 800). IMFC will conclude its regular season at Stade Saputo on October 25, at 5pm EDT (RDS, TSN, 98,5fm, TSN 690 Radio), against rivals Toronto FC.
