Gerba tied a team record, held by seven other players, with three assists.
At the 49th minute, Gerba, who entered the game at the start of the second half replacing Mignane Diouf, made a cross to the near post for Eduardo Sebrango, who deflected the ball behind Tampa Bay goalkeeper Evan Newton.
Less than 10 minutes later, Gerba gave the ball to midfielder Ian Westlake, who beat Tampa Bay goalkeeper to his right with a shot from 20 meters out.
Sebrango scored his second goal of the game at the 75th minute. After receiving a pass from Gerba behind the defense, Sebrango lobed the ball over the opposing goalkeeper.
Gerba received the trophy from John Papadakis, Impact Vice President of Finances.
