Montreal Impact U16 defender André-Cédric Zibi was selected by the U16 Canadian men’s national team for a training camp in Italy, scheduled from April 26 to May 6.
The national team will then take part in the Torneo delle Nazioni, from May 1 to 4, 2013. Canada will match-up against high-quality European opposition in its group with matches against Croatia on May 1, Norway on May 2 and Montenegro on May 3.
Zibi and the rest of his teammates are players born exclusively in 1997 as part of Canada’s long-term preparation for the 2017 Men’s U-20 competition.
