As part of the second edition of the Week of Service held by MLS WORKS, the Montreal Impact technical and administrative staff, its Academy, and its Soccer Schools took part in a volunteering activity to support Éco-Nature, which strives to protect, conserve, and thoughtfully improve the Rivière des Mille Îles and its tributaries through local support initiatives that benefit its close-knit community.
Despite the pouring rain and the cold on Wednesday, the Impact staff was in good spirits as it went to the Rivière-des-Mille-Îles Park, in Laval, for a shoreline cleanup.
In all, over 1,500 league and club staff are taking part in volunteering activities this week. For more information, visit the MLS WORKS website.
