The Impact will get feedback from surveys filled out exclusively by season ticket holders, results will be divulged to members and an annual meeting will be organized with members.

“The team has been founded on the values of loyalty and determination, and we want our supporters to participate regularly and actively in certain club decisions through recommendations,” declared Montreal Impact president Joey Saputo. “Even though it may be impossible to follow all recommendations made by our supporters, we want to continue to be transparent with all of the suggestions. We want this process to be as pleasant as possible while helping us to grow. The message we are trying to convey to our supporters is simple: Become a member, we want to build the club with you!”

Special offer for members

To highlight the team’s 20th anniversary, a season ticket holder who renews their seat before August 20 will be given a 20% (on average) discount on the regular price of season tickets in 2014. All those who purchase season tickets for 2014 before the end of 2013, on October 27, will get a discount of 10% (on average).

Also new this year, the Impact will begin its season ticket renewal earlier this year, starting today, July 17. Sale to the general public for 2014 season tickets begins on August 21.

The Impact also confirmed that there will be no price increase for all tickets in 2014. Members will also qualify for of a number of unique contests.

“First off, we’d like to thank all the people who support and believe in the club,” added Joey Saputo. “We also want the Impact to be more accessible, all while continuing to improve our season ticket holder base. I would like to personally thank all of our supporters.”

After two seasons with an average of 8,000 season ticket holders, the objective is to hit 10,000 members for 2014.
