KANSAS CITY, Kansas – CF Montréal earned a third consecutive shut out win (across all competitions) thanks to a 2-0 victory over Sporting Kansas City on Saturday night at Children's Mercy Park.
Montreal struck twice late in the first half. Bryce Duke kicked things off with his first goal with the Club (35'), completing a play orchestrated by Mathieu Choinière and Sean Rea. Choinière himself then doubled Montreal’s lead in first half stoppage time (45'+1') with the help of Aaron Herrera and a second assist from Rea.
CF Montréal will play its next match on Saturday, May 6, at 7:30pm against Orlando City SC at Stade Saputo (Apple MLS Season Pass, RDS, TSN, BPM Sports, TSN 690).

-Goalkeeper Jonathan Sirois earned his second consecutive shutout and made six saves.
-Montreal has not allowed a goal in the last 314 minutes of play (all competitions).
-Choinière's goal was the 500th regular season road goal scored in Club history (1993-2023).
