With a new season comes new excitement and new opportunities.
And for the likes of Hassoun Camara and Cameron Porter, 2016 brings new life.
“It was a tough season last year,” said Camara. “I suffered from a few different injuries and it was very frustrating, but I feel very good and I am excited for the new season.”
While we know the positional depth and skills the Frenchman brings to the team’s backline after being with the club since its debut in MLS,
the young American striker Cameron Porter was just breaking into the league with some promise before he went down for the entire year.
“I’m really excited to be back on the pitch with the guys,” added Porter, who continues to wear a knee brace in camp for precautionary reasons. “2015 was a really tough year and I’m just looking forward to getting out there and helping Mauro out in whatever role he sees for me.”
IMFC fans are just as excited, I’m sure, to see both back on the field.
