TICKET PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY – ALL RIGHTS PROVIDED UNDER THIS TICKET ARE REVOCABLE.
1. By purchasing or using this ticket, its holder agrees for itself, and if the holder is under the age of eighteen (18), the holder’s parent or legal guardian for themselves and on behalf of the holder (collectively, the “Holder”) to be bound by the following (collectively, the “Terms”):

1.4. Prohibited items at: https://en.cfmontreal.com/stadium/prohibited-itemsand
1.5. the Stade Saputo Regulations at: https://en.cfmontreal.com/stadium/rules-and-regulations.
2. This ticket only grants its Holder a one-time entry to the stadium and a spectator seat, or standing room, for the specified game (the “Event”) and confers no other rights. This ticket cannot be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or commercial use without the prior written consent of the Major Soccer League (MLS), Complexe de Soccer Saputo (also known as “Stade Saputo”), CF Montréal, Free 2 Play LP, the ticket issuer or by the Event promotor (together, the “Organizers”), as appropriate.
3. Resale Tickets - Particulars on the purchase of tickets offered for sale on the official CF Montréal ticket office by season ticket members. Applicable to these purchasers only: The following provisions apply when the ticket was purchased on the official CF Montréal ticket office from a person or enterprise who holds the ticket purchased from the Organizers on the primary market:
3.1 This person or enterprise is the seller of the ticket. The Organizers will not be the seller in any way.
3.2 Although the Organizers process the payment for the purchase of the ticket, or the name of CF Montréal or another Organizer appears on a credit card statement, the Organizers are not the vendor of the ticket. When purchasing from a third party on the official CF Montréal ticketing service, the original ticket is automatically cancelled and invalidated, the purchaser’s credit card is charged for the ticket price and any applicable fees displayed, and a new ticket is issued to the purchaser.
3.3 It will be possible for the purchaser of such a ticket to be refunded on request in any of the following situations:
3.3.1 the Event is cancelled;
3.3.2 the ticket does not grant admission to the Event; or
3.3.3 the Event, the intended place or seat, or the value of the ticket does not correspond to what was represented on the official CF Montréal ticket office at the time of resale.
4 The Holder assumes all responsibility for the risks and dangers that may result from this Event and waives all claims for loss and damage that may result from any cause whatsoever, sustained by the Holder, either before, during or after the Event, including without limitation the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to a bacteria, virus or other pathogen), the risk of physical injury or death, however caused, whether by players, by other people or by objects such as balls entering the spectator area, or otherwise, and the risks of lost, stolen or damaged property. Despite the protective measures in place for spectators, objects – including soccer balls – may be thrown into the stands and cause serious injury. The ticket Holder must be alert at all times.
5 Health Promise on Communicable Diseases: In order to help mitigate the risk of transmission of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease ( “COVID-19”) and/or other contagious or communicable diseases (“together referred to herein as “Communicable Diseases”), Holder agrees that Holder will not attend any Event if on the day of such Event, any local, state/provincial or federal (including, without limitation, Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC)) regulations applicable to the jurisdiction of the Event require or recommend isolation or quarantine based on test results, symptoms of any Communicable Diseases, close contact exposure, or a travel advisory. Holder acknowledges that applicable regulations regarding Communicable Diseases quarantine, isolation and vaccination requirements may change from time to time and Holder shall review and comply with such requirements prior to attending the Event.
6 Safety Requirements: Due to the uncertainty related to Communicable Diseases (including COVID-19), this ticket and the Holder’s admission to the Stadium are subject to all safety and health requirements and policies put in place by the Organizers, including potential requirements relating to face masks. Such policies and requirements as they may be updated from time to time (in the sole determination of the Organizers) and as they may be communicated to the Holder prior to or during the Event (whether orally or in writing) by, for example, instruction provided by the Organizers personnel or signage in or around the stadium, are collectively referred to below as the “Safety Requirements”. The Holder acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Safety Requirements (including all requirements that must be satisfied prior to or during the Event), and attendance at the Event is conditioned on such compliance.
7 The use of tickets is subject to the regulations in force at the scene of the Event. The ticket Holder must comply with the rules established by the stadium and/or the Organizers.
8 Failure to comply with any of these Terms shall result in forfeiture of this agreement and all rights arising hereunder without refund and shall entitle the Organizers to pursue all additional legal remedies available to it.
9 The Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to the Event or expel anyone whose behavior or language is considered, in the Organizers’ sole discretion, inappropriate or abusive, without refund of the ticket price.
10 The ticket Holder consents to be searched at the entrance or inside the stadium and that prohibited items may be confiscated, at the sole discretion of the Organizers, and the Holder waives any and all claims relating to such searches or confiscations. If Holder does not consent to such searches or confiscations, Holder will be denied entry or ejected from the stadium without refund.
11 It is strictly forbidden to carry a weapon, smoke or bring cannabis or alcoholic beverages purchased outside the stadium, or to have or consume, at any time, legal cannabis or illegal drugs or substances.
12 It is strictly forbidden to bring a backpack, an umbrella, or any food or drink, inside the stadium.
13 It is strictly forbidden to use any kind of pyrotechnic accessories.
14 Holder agrees to not record, take, or distribute photographs, images, videos, livestreams, audio or other form of display or public performance or reproduction of any portion of the Event for any commercial or non-personal purposes. The rights of licensed broadcasters will take precedence at all times.
15 All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except as provided herein.
16 The Event is subject to time and/or date change, delay, time reduction, postponement, suspension, and cancellation by the Organizers. No exchange, credit, or refund, except as permitted herein. Tickets purchased for a postponed Event will be honored when the Event is rescheduled. In case of cancellation of the Event for which no other date has been rescheduled, the Organizers will offer either a ticket exchange, credit, or refund of the ticket in the manner specified by the Organizers. This shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of Holder. The Organizers shall not be liable for any travel or other expenses incurred by the Holder or any other person in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.
17 Any resale not authorized by the Organizers (or attempted resale), falsification, forgery or copying of tickets is prohibited and constitutes grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. This ticket becomes null and void as soon as a sworn complaint is made, at the local police station, to the effect that it was stolen.
18 This ticket, as well as all rights attached to it or arising from it, may not be assigned, sold, or transferred, whether in a commercial or charity campaign, with or without consideration, without the formal prior written consent of the Organizers. Nor may this ticket be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes, except with the formal written consent of the Organizers.
19 Ticket Block/Pod Integrity: To help maintain social distancing guidelines, Holder agrees that Holder will use best efforts to not assign, sell or transfer (if authorized) or otherwise provide any of Holder’s tickets to anyone other than family with whom Holder has been sheltering (or other trusted acquaintances), unless Holder is selling, transferring (if authorized) or otherwise providing all such tickets (i.e., Holder’s full block/pod of tickets) to one party.
20 The Holder grants an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable sublicensable, royalty-free license and authorization to the Organizers (and their affiliated entities, sponsors, licensees, advertisers, broadcasters, designees and agents), to Soccer United Marketing, LLC (SUM), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (MLS), to the Société de développement et de mise en valeur du Parc olympique (Parc olympique), and the visiting club (together, the “Interested Parties”), to capture, use, publish, edit and alter the ticket Holder’s image, likeness, voice, actions and statements in any medium, taken at or near the Stade Saputo or at or near any other location covered by the ticket, whether now known or hereafter created, including, without limitation, any audio, video, film, photographs, social media, exhibition, publication or reproduction of the Event for any purpose, including without limitation the advertising or promotion of future MLS games or other services provided by the Interested Parties, without further authorization or compensation and the Holder waives all claims and potential claims relating to such uses unless prohibited by law.
21 To the extent applicable notwithstanding the above provisions, the Interested Parties’ aggregate liability for any damage under these Terms shall not exceed the face value of the ticket of the Holder.
22 Version du contrat autre que le français selon la volonté du Détenteur / Version of the contract other than French according to the will of the Holder: The ticket Holder acknowledges that a French version of this Agreement has been remitted to the Holder, that such French version is also available on the Organizers’ website, and that the Holder has expressly required that this Agreement and all documents and notices related thereto be drafted in English only. Le détenteur du billet reconnait qu’une version française du présent contrat lui été remise, que cette version est aussi disponible sur le site web des organisateurs, et que le détenteur du billet a expressément exigé que le présent contrat et tous les documents et avis y afférents soient rédigés en anglais seulement.
23 These Terms shall exclusively be construed and enforced in accordance with, and the rights of the parties shall be governed by, the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable Federal legislation of Canada. Any other laws or jurisdictions, to the extent applicable, are expressly excluded. The ticket Holder submits and attorns to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Quebec. The United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
